amazing suite and excellent service
equipped suite city views
i got a suite at the 43rd floor. it had lovely city views. the suite was also very spacious and well equipped. breakfast had good views from the 48th floor.

Mediocre stay, issues with cleanliness and service
staff unhelpfulness odor problem
The location was acceptable, close enough to restaurants and bars for convenience.
The cleanliness was a problem. I could smell the previous occupants on the pillows. The staff were also unhelpful when I tried to ask questions. They just wanted to tell me I was wrong. Honestly, I left two days early because I was so disgusted.

Acceptable stay with SOME issues
spacious apartment washer dryer late check-out towel shortage
The apartment was spacious and had a washer and dryer. This was convenient.
The hotel did not allow a late check-out, THAT was disappointing. They did not provide enough towels for our group of six. They wanted us to return used towels before giving replacements, inconvenient.
